At Big Toys Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new, sellable condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
